Don't Forget!

If you're in 4-H and are interested in participating in the Cake and Pie Auction or the Livestock Auction during the next Meade County Fair, please be aware of the requirements on the Auction Eligibility Form. These items must be completed throughout the 4-H year and turned in to the office by July 15th before county fair.

To be eligible to sell livestock or food at the Meade County Fair Premium Auction, members must complete a minimum of three (3) items listed on the form, in addition to attending at least five (5) club meetings from August to July. Not completing this form will not prevent the participant from entering items in the fair, but youth won't be able to participate in the auction, otherwise.
